SAUSD Board of Education Declares May as AANHPI Heritage Month

At its May 19, 2026 meeting, the SAUSD Board of Education adopted Resolution No. 25/26-3739, officially proclaiming May as Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month. This recognition celebrates the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of AANHPI communities while honoring the more than 2,000 SAUSD students of AANHPI descent who help shape the vibrancy and diversity of our district.
